Return Policy

• Contact us to arrange for any returns.
• A copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
• A 20% restocking fee is charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging, including all labels that came on the package.
• We cannot accept used parts.
• We cannot accept installed or test-fitted parts.
• Parts ordered without a VIN number are not eligible for return or refund.
• Electrical parts and airbag components are not returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts found to be installed, used, or that do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests must be made within 20 days of receipt.
• Special-ordered, non-stocked parts are not returnable.
• All cores must be returned within 30 days.
